How the experience works

The day follows a structured sequence.

It begins  with guided interaction and reflection, then moves into team-based challenges where participants work with limited resources, make decisions under constraints, and collaborate in real time. 

Each stage builds on the previous one, creating situations where communication, roles, and decision-making become visible through action.
